Scope of Corporate Operations
SORELEK TRADING OPC is a duly registered One Person Corporation in the Republic of the Philippines, retailing electrical parts, distributing green energy equipment, and performing residential solar installations. Our e-commerce storefront is hosted on the Hostinger platform.
Website Design Administration and Intellectual Property
The front-end visual architecture, custom layouts, and brand graphics on sorelek.com are curated exclusively by our designated Website Design Administrator and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293). The Design Admin implements image optimization for Hostinger’s hosting environment; we are not liable for layout distortions or slow loading speeds caused by your local telecom provider. Physical solar equipment delivered may vary marginally from website renderings due to digital screen display differences.
E-Commerce Infrastructure and Server Limits
Our Website Administrator maintains backend access to modify pricing and inventory logs. SORELEK TRADING OPC does not guarantee uninterrupted platform uptime and is not liable for transaction drops or checkout delays caused by Hostinger server maintenance or updates. No sensitive financial credentials are seen or stored by our Design Admin; all payments are securely routed to PCI-compliant payment gateways. The Admin retains the right to cancel suspicious orders or block IP addresses to mitigate fraud.
Residential Solar Installation and Engineering Liabilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their residential roof structure is sound. SORELEK TRADING OPC is not liable for structural damage resulting from preexisting home defects. We assist clients with local government units (LGU) and utility grid-tie approvals (e.g., AKELCO), but we are not liable for bureaucratic processing delays. Technical crews will suspend physical installation during inclement weather (typhoons/heavy rains), which will adjust the target deployment timeline without penalty to the Company.
Incorporating Other Policies
Your transactions and interactions with sorelek.com are also governed by the following specialized policies, which are maintained in separate legal agreements and incorporated into these Terms by reference:
- Data Protection & Tracking: All personal information collection and third-party profile services are governed by our [Privacy Policy].
- Product Exchanges & Cancellations: All retail component returns, order cancellations, and shipping obligations are governed by our [Refund and Returns Policy].
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal actions arising from this contract shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of the city where SORELEK TRADING OPC’s primary corporate registration is held.
